$2692.80/week - Job Summary: Responsible for operating x-ray and computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality medical images. Contributes to departmental objectives by performing imaging procedures efficiently and safely while assisting with patient care. Responsibilities: Operate radiographic and CT imaging equipment according to established protocols and patient needs. Perform at least two imaging modalities regularly, including x-ray and CT. Safely transfer and position patients, ensuring comfort and minimizing risk. Prepare contrast agents and administer them as required for imaging procedures. Test and maintain equipment functionality, including defibrillator and crash cart checks. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant imaging environment. Qualifications: Hold an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Possess a current ARRT certification and valid state radiologic technologist license. Certified in at least two advanced modalities, including CT, Mammography, MRI, or Sonography; CT certification preferred. Maintain current BLS certification per hospital policy.
