- Maximize efficiency within assigned, dedicated OR blocks in a state-of-the-art procedure center explicitly equipped with updated, modern technology to seamlessly accommodate high-volume surgeries.
- Manage a busy, established patient panel, delivering top-tier medical and surgical ophthalmic care to a dedicated community across central and southern Vermont.

Benefits
- Competitive guaranteed base salary structured with highly lucrative productivity-based incentives.
- Generous signing bonus and comprehensive relocation expense reimbursement.
- Substantial educational loan repayment program; our client is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
- Excellent premium insurance packages, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Fully paid medical malpractice insurance, including complete tail coverage.
- Dedicated Continuing Medical Education (CME) time and a generous financial allowance.
