Associate Quality Manager

Join a leading aerospace and defense electronics manufacturer seeking a quality leader to oversee site-wide quality systems, develop a team of quality professionals, and drive continuous improvement across the operation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop Quality Engineers and Inspection personnel Maintain and improve the AS9100 Quality Management System Drive KPI performance through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage customer and supplier quality activities, including audits, scorecards, and issue resolution Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reduce cost of poor quality Serve as the site's primary quality leader and key member of the leadership team Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field 6+ years of quality experience within aerospace, defense, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments Experience managing AS9100 quality systems, audits, and customer quality requirements Strong background in corrective actions, root cause analysis, quality metrics, and continuous improvement Prior experience leading or mentoring quality teams Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred If you're interested in the Associate Manager, Quality Management opportunity, don't wait, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr DSJ Global
