Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact every day as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist! This contract position offers you the chance to support students in a vibrant elementary setting, working with a caring multidisciplinary team. You’ll collaborate to deliver speech and language services for pre-K through 5th grade, helping young learners find their voices and build essential communication skills.

We’re currently seeking 10 skilled SLPs to join this dedicated effort, where you’ll find clear structure and support in every school day.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with early childhood and elementary-age students
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and communication with teachers, support staff, and parents
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 55 students
• Commitment to delivering all services in person

Role Highlights:

• Monday through Friday, 7:45am–4:15pm schedule
• Enjoy a 7.75-hour workday plus a 30-minute, duty-free lunch break
• Serve students primarily in pre-K to fifth grade—be a crucial part of their academic and personal development
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver speech and language interventions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
