We're hiring dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, on-site school-based positions in Fairfield, CA (94533) for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
• 7.75-hour workday with a 30-minute duty-free lunch
• On-Site Only
• Maximum Caseload: 55 students
• Population: Primarily Pre-K through 5th Grade

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student success

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility as applicable
• School-based experience preferred
• Passion for helping students reach their communication goals
