: Job no: 494360 Work type: Staff Location: Marquette, MI 49855 Categories: Administrative/Professional, Other, Student Affairs/Services Position Title: PMHNP Clinical Coordinator Department: Nursing Term of Assignment: Grant term Term End Date, If Applicable: 6/30/2027 FLSA Status: Exempt = not eligible for overtime Work Schedule: Traditionally Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm with some variability allowed if agreed upon by supervisor. Salary: Targeted salary range: $48,800-$50,600 Travel: Less than 10% Brief Statement of Duties Brief Statement of Duties: Assist faculty in arranging clinical placement for students in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Post-Graduate Certificate program. Participate in and lead student recruitment efforts. Coordinate student admissions and registration. Coordinate traineeship stipends for eligible students. Utilize specialized clinical requirement tracking tools to ensure student compliance. Maintain data necessary for federal grant reporting. Minimum Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Discipline / Degree Area: Human Service related field Required Specialized Training/Certifications: Required Minimum Work Experience: One year of experience in a customer service orientated position. Experience working on projects that require meeting deadlines and working with a team to ensure the project is completed on time. Experience communicating with various professionals and consumers through technologies such as zoom, phone, email. Experience working with Microsoft Office products and Gsuite. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties: Ability to mentally and physically perform the essential duties of the position with our without reasonable accommodation. Ability to navigate a variety of technology platforms. Strong interpersonal and writing skills. Organized and attention to detail.
