Engagement Manager

Engagement Manager Location: Charlotte, NC, North Carolina, United States Key Responsibilities Support Program/Project Managers by providing project schedule, cost, financial, and performance information for project monitoring and control. Gather, analyze, and report project data to support decision-making. Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and budget status reporting. Monitor project schedules and provide regular project status updates. Develop and maintain project reporting standards and documentation. Create and maintain project communication plans. Understand client requirements and support project goal setting. Coordinate activities across multiple business units involved in project delivery. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely execution of project management processes. Ensure accurate and timely execution of standard project management methodologies and processes. Required Skills Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology or Engineering). 3-4 years of experience in an IT project environment. Experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
