Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions across the country. Key Responsibilities Client Management: Conduct intake meetings to define job requirements and manage client expectations. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to find qualified candidates. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit. Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing feedback to both parties. Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate salary packages and offer terms to successfully place candidates.
