Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Schedule: Monday-Friday typical daytime business hours. Eligible to work from home up to 2 days per week after 90 days of employment. Wage: $25.48 hourly with $2,000 base-rate increase after 6 months of employment Job Summary This position is responsible for full cycle recruitment in a high volume environment. Primarily this position will focus on conducting interviews, sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates across various departments. Responsibilities Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews Extending offers and coordinating start dates for candidates Determining the right fit for candidates based on KSAO Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates Consulting with organizational leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for their respective positions Creating and analyzing weekly recruiting reports to further support department initiatives Maintaining compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations Attending job fairs, campus events and other networking opportunities Attracting quality candidates by creative sourcing methods Maintaining candidate database and managing applicant tracking system Required Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruiting/HR Proficiency in spoken and written English communication Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check Successful clearance of Motor Vehicle Background Check and acceptable driving record per Company Policy Preferred Qualifications Preferred degree in Human Resources or related field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Benefits and Perks Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance offered Paid Time Off including 16 hours of Paid Volunteer Time 401K plan with employer matching after 1 year Supplemental Insurance and Pet Insurance offered Childcare at Corporate Office for Employees Pet-Friendly Corporate Offices Fun events including Annual Company Picnic, Wednesday Snack Days at Corporate Office, Annual Summer Bags Tournament, and more MERSC Discounts at MN Events and Businesses Orion Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
