Technical Support Engineer

Title: Technical Support Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 2-5 Year
Payrange: $50-$60/hr C2C

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage Active Directory (AD), OUs, GPOs, user accounts, and service account remediation.
Support CrowdStrike Falcon EDR deployment and endpoint security compliance.
Perform Windows patching, vulnerability remediation, and file-share access reviews.
Implement software allowlisting and USB restriction policies.
Support BeyondTrust PAM and Transparent Screen Lock (TSL) deployment.
Troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues across lab instruments and workstations.
Manage access requests, documentation, and remediation tracking through ServiceNow.
Collaborate with InfoSec, infrastructure, and laboratory teams across global sites.
