About the Position The purpose of this position is to serve as the Lead Human Resources Technician (OA) responsible for directing and guiding 3 - 5 Human Resources Technicians in GS-203-05 or military equivalent. Incumbent of this position provides technical expertise, guidance and leadership to the Processing Element of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Specialized Experience 1) Entering data in automated system(s) to record applicant processing information; 2) Contacting applicants to acquire or verify critical personnel data; 3) Maintaining electronic or paper records in an automated system; AND 4) Providing personnel related guidance to staff members or applicants.
