What You'll Do

• Float across various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU based on staffing needs
• Provide expert nursing care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize advanced skills in ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Adhere to safety protocols and ICU guidelines
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC electronic health records

What You Need

• Ohio RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health system
• Strong skills in IV placement, telemetry, and ventilator management
• Ability to float safely within various ICU settings
