We are hiring for a hospitalist position. Candidates must be comfortable rounding and admitting patients during their shift. Local Team Collaboration Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center. Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows. Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center. Qualifications Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine. New grads, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. Flexible Scheduling Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with opportunity for moonlighting. This is full or part-time hospitalist role. Key Responsibilities Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Focus on rounding and admitting patients. Procedures are not required. Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings. Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests. Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs). Utilize Epic EMR system.
