Litigation Paralegal

Germer PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide high-level support to attorneys and assigned team members in our Insurance/Personal Injury Defense and Products Liability teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the docket from inception of a lawsuit through trial and/or final dismissal. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong professional administrative experience, and the ability to think independently in a fast-paced legal environment. A successful candidate will maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities: Assist with case management from inception thorough resolution Draft, prepare, and revise pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other legal documents Coordinate court filings and e-filing Organize and maintain case files and documents productions Track deadlines and maintain calendarsSubpoenaing medical records Retention and coordination of expert witnesses Assist with deposition and trial preparations Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of recent litigation paralegal experience, preferably in defense litigation Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, and case management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Paralegal Certificate or degree in legal studies is preferred, but not required We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
