What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge and credential verification, and/or visitor management activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, help to deter unauthorized access, and document security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management, emergency contacts, and/or public responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to identify security-related issues and report conditions that may require follow-up.
• Support package, key, and delivery control processes as assigned, while maintaining accurate logs, access records, and other required reports for daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
