In this fast-paced role, you will help maintain awareness across the site while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and always acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $24.21 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related screening support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or electronic systems to receive calls for assistance, prioritize incoming information, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, service requests, and unusual activity with clear and timely reports, while communicating relevant updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support coordination during medical, behavioral, and/or facility-related incidents by relaying accurate information, tracking response status, and helping to guide resources to the appropriate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting conditions that may require follow-up and reporting security-related concerns according to site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
