Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with active credentials
• Minimum 2-3 years of recent, independent bedside experience, managing ventilated patients
• Current and relevant work experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency in operating the Servo U ventilator and its modes within a NICU environment
• Bonus if you have hands-on knowledge of Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedics 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide therapies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert respiratory care, including assessment and management of neonatal and pediatric ventilated patients
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced ventilator equipment in the NICU
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate patient-centered respiratory plans
• Maintain up-to-date accurate clinical documentation
