Application Support Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager (or Manager) of Application Support to lead a high-performing team supporting critical hospitality and gaming applications. This is a working manager role, requiring both strong technical depth and proven leadership capability. This is a Full Time On-Site position. Successful candidates excel at and enjoy: Lead and manage a team of Application Support Analysts (Tier 1–3) Oversee and coordinate work of third-party contractors and vendors Drive team development through mentoring, coaching, and performance management Serve as primary escalation point for complex application incidents Strong knowledge of IBM i / AS400 / Power Systems environments Experience supporting enterprise application environments (not just infrastructure) Prior experience managing application support teams Hospitality or gaming industry background strongly preferred Experience supporting property management or casino-related systems This is an ON-SITE position in Las Vegas, NV.
