The facility operates as a Level 4 trauma center and offers modern medical equipment and technology to support advanced urological procedures and patient care. Opportunity:
Physician - Urology Job Details:
Provide comprehensive urology services with up to 16 patient encounters per shift
Work 10-12 days per month including 3 clinic days per week, scheduled OR time, and call coverage
Take 24-hour call coverage from as the sole urology provider with APP backup support
Perform general adult urology procedures and surgeries
Conduct laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, and prostatectomy procedures
Perform robotic surgery procedures and incontinence procedures
Handle TRUS biopsies and renal/bladder ultrasounds
Perform Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
Preferred experience with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, radical cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, and nephrectomy
Board certification required with ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
Must maintain active Washington state medical license or IMLC
Credentialing timeframe 90-120 days, with expedited privileges available for providers with clean history
Position starts April 1, 2026 with ongoing coverage needs Compensation:
