Partnering closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and senior leadership team, you'll create the operating rhythms, planning processes, and cross-functional alignment that enable marketing initiatives to move from strategy to execution with clarity and accountability. From launching major cross-functional initiatives and managing marketing roadmaps to improving processes, leading teams, and preparing executive-level presentations, you'll play a key role in helping Milan's marketing organization scale while delivering exceptional work across more than 400 clinic locations.
