A well-established senior care organization is looking for a Regional Director of Community Relations to lead outreach and growth efforts across multiple markets. About the Role In this high-impact leadership position, you’ll guide a regional team responsible for referral growth, marketing strategy, and relationship development. Your work will directly support the organization’s mission of enriching the lives of aging adults. You’ll have the opportunity to: Lead and coach a team of marketing and outreach professionals Shape the community engagement strategy across home health and hospice Collaborate with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners Analyze referral data and adjust growth strategies based on performance Conduct sales trainings and align teams to meet revenue goals Oversee department budgeting and monitor ROI Affordable healthcare plan options Vision, dental, and life insurance Professional development and leadership training Personal wellness perks 401(k) with employer match What You’ll Need to Succeed 5+ years in senior care marketing, sales, or operations Proven leadership and team development experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare, business, or related field RN license (preferred but not required) This role offers the best of both worlds: the agility of a mission-driven team and the benefits of a larger organization.
