What You’ll Do As part of our KAJ Sales Team, you’ll help us achieve and exceed our revenue goals by selling a memorable experience in all market segments of the hotel including meetings and events. You will be responsible for soliciting, negotiating and booking new and repeat business through an active schedule of prospecting, telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, sales blitzes, site tours, client meetings, community involvement and industry networking activities – all of which develop business relationships in the community so our hotel is top of mind. As the main sales contact at the property, you’ll be expected to research and maintain knowledge of market trends, business news, competition and events. This is a hands‑on sales leadership role in which you’ll maintain both Hilton and KAJ Hospitality’s high standards of excellence.
