Catering Sales Director

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + benefits + relocation + uncapped commission We are hiring on behalf of a leading golf brand for a Catering Sales Director to lead the events and catering business at one of their private club properties. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for growing catering revenue, developing new business and building strong relationships with members and clients. Lead catering sales and event planning across the property Develop new business while maintaining existing client relationships Drive revenue and manage the catering sales budget Handle proposals, pricing, contracts and event negotiations Oversee a wide range of events including weddings, corporate functions, golf tournaments and private celebrations Work closely with the General Manager and Food & Beverage team to ensure successful events Develop creative menus and event packages to maximize sales opportunities Provide regular sales and event updates to senior leadership Ideal Candidate 2+ years' experience in catering sales, events or a similar leadership role Proven track record of driving catering or banquet revenue Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced private club or hospitality environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing golf brand and take ownership of the catering and events function at a well-established private club. #J-18808-Ljbffr COREcruitment Ltd
