Job Description: Support the Epic HB, PB, and HIM applications as an onshore coordinator. You will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will provide solutions to challenges for your immediate team and across multiple teams, all while reflecting expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle. Deliver functional and application designs that align with organizational goals. Ensure that solutions represent both current and future business requirements. Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes. Here’s What You Will Need Lead the support of the Epic HB, PB, and HIM applications, acting as the primary point of contact between client and offshore team. Complete incidents and tasks and assign them to the team. Coach and mentor offshore team members. Advanced proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle and active HB certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills. High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies. Bonus Points If You Have Intermediate problem solving. Intermediate communication. Beginner project coordination. Advanced analytical thinking. Intermediate adaptability. Basic Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience with Epic Application support. Advanced proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle and active Hospital Billing certification. High school diploma or GED. Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
