We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate leads, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth. The role will oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels while working closely with sales, product, and senior management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Develop strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and corporate communications.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage marketing content, brochures, presentations, websites, social media, and other promotional materials.
• Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance, ROI, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to develop lead-generation and customer-conversion strategies.
• Manage external agencies, creative partners, media agencies, and other marketing vendors.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.
• Develop customer communication strategies and support CRM initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, events, and other promotional activities.
• Monitor marketing expenditure and ensure activities remain within approved budgets.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Continuously identify new marketing channels, technologies, and strategies to improve business performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, market research, and campaign management.
• Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics/reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or a related specialization.
• Experience with CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience managing marketing agencies and external vendors.
• Industry-specific experience relevant to the company's products or services.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / General Manager / CEO

Team Managed: Marketing Executives, Digital Marketing Specialists, Content/Creative Team, and external agencies as applicable.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Primarily office-based with regular interaction with sales, product, operations, and senior management teams.
• May require travel for exhibitions, conferences, events, customer visits, and marketing activities.
• Fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns and deadlines.
