Job Type: Per Required Need Work Location: Market - SS - FL - S. Miami Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends not required. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology. 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include installing, updating, and repairing sales floor fixtures, building displays, following plan‑ograms, and ensuring top‑quality execution on every project. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to field service management communication (within 24 hours of contact). Maintain accurate availability and complete all assigned jobs before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job assignment before leaving the site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and multi‑person team projects, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist team members as needed and contribute to overall success. Adhere to timelines for timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Take part in training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as required. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Follow all directives to execute work fully and completely. Work closely with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives. Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities. Work collaboratively across all company functions and processes to ensure alignment. Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or exceeds established KPIs. Qualifications Age 18 or older. Authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead. Adaptability: adjust to changing tasks and environments. Communication Skills: effective phone, text, and email communication; use smartphone for clocking, photo capture, and app usage. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Preferred experience in installation and merchandising, proficiency with hand and power tools, and following planogram directives. Technology: own an Android or Apple device capable of uploading photos and data and navigating communication platforms. Training: complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames. Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment. Leadership & Communication: strong professional communication, presentation, judgment, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively. Benefits $16.50 per hour.
