Our client, a global trade show and conference organizer, is seeking Conference Event Staff for an exciting Conference coming to Syracuse in early November 2026. We are seeking professional, polished, friendly, and personable individuals with a strong customer service mindset.
- Event Dates: Wednesday, November 4th & Thursday, November 5th
- Shift Times: 8:00am - 4:00pm
About the Role
You will provide on-site customer service support to conference attendees by sharing directions and information, assisting with line management for product demonstrations, and managing the check in process. Ideal candidates are flexible, highly responsive to event communications and updates, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Support an upcoming conference in Syracuse.
- Be comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Adapt to a fast-paced event environment.
