Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant state certification.
- Experience with school-based OT services and ability to manage caseloads across PreK–12th grade.
- Proficient in OT teletherapy, delivering remote sessions as needed.
- Solid background in supporting fine and gross motor skill development.
- Collaborative, communicative approach with teachers, administrators, and families.
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students’ functional abilities and educational needs.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans.
- Provide direct intervention, both in-person and via teletherapy, to address fine and gross motor skill challenges.
- Document progress, adapt strategies, and communicate regularly with IEP teams.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic student success.
- Offer resources and strategies to support general education teachers and caregivers.
