Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure (or eligibility) in the state
- Experience working with school-aged populations, including PreK-12
- Proficiency in delivering occupational therapy services both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Strong knowledge of fine and gross motor skill development
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Provide direct occupational therapy services—individually and in groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Monitor and document progress, adjust plans as needed, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Support students in achieving functional school participation and independence
- Utilize digital tools where appropriate for teletherapy service delivery
