Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You will work closely with a supportive education team to provide high-quality OT services in a school-based setting. Multiple openings are available, with the possibility of additional needs as the school year progresses.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid OT licensure and credentials for schools
• Proven experience in school-based settings, working with PreK-12th grade populations
• Solid background in both fine and gross motor skills development
• Proficiency in direct therapy and teletherapy platforms
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group OT services aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans
• Develop strategies to enhance students’ motor skills, sensory integration, and independence
• Provide therapy both in-person and via teletherapy, adapting techniques to diverse student needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to shape student success
