Job Description

The Director, Marketing will be responsible for planning and managing the marketing our client's services and achievements, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with their brand identity. \n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nEstablishes strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for services\nEstablish positioning and identify target audiences\nDevelops and deploy comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization\nDevelops and manages marketing operating budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely\nPlans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail\nEstablishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events\nProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media that attracts and converts our target groups\nUpdate and maintain T5’s intranet, website, and social media\nEvaluates and recommends distribution channel development programs\nOversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies\nMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals\nServes as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns\nGuides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management\nKeeping informed of marketing strategies and trends\n\nSalary - 115k-125K with Bonus
