Director of Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve revenue targets across all market segments

2. Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the Sales team to maximize productivity and results

3. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to grow market share

4. Manage corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments effectively

5. Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to optimize pricing and positioning

6. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly

8. Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports

9. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

10. To perform other tasks as assigned by the management
