Responsibilities: • Collaborate with sales managers and stakeholders to assess the performance of the organization • Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies • Recruit, train, and develop your team to serve your customers better • Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business • Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships Qualifications: • Prior sales and marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a sales management role, is required • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department • This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred
