Sr. Recruiter

We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This is a great opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including strong involvement in college recruiting, in an onsite role based in Worthington, OH. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding Lead college recruiting efforts, including attending and representing the company at college career fairs Source and engage candidates using tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Conduct interviews and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress Represent the employer brand professionally across all recruiting channels and campus engagements Support process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and candidate experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience with college recruiting, including attending college career fairs Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment What Our Client Offers A genuine mix of campus recruiting and full-cycle hiring, not a narrowly scoped sourcing role Visibility into building out the next generation of talent for the organization Room to bring fresh sourcing strategies and recruiting tools to the table A team that values relationship-building over transactional hiring #J-18808-Ljbffr Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners
