Rather than managing basic transactions, you will master the seamless mechanics of our dining room and bar. You will work in complete synchronization with our Servers, Sommeliers, and Bartenders to ensure our standards of Excellence are met with every single course. Requirements Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of previous serving, back serving, or busing experience—preferably within a fine dining, high-volume, or chef-driven concept. Credentials: Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age (or possess a valid, state-approved work permit). Mindset: A passionate willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to elite service standards. Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as the dictates of a premier restaurant require. Logistics: Reliable transportation to and from our Sacramento location.
