Program Manager III

Program Manager III Location: Monterey, CA Duration: 1 Year We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to support the planning, development, and delivery of enterprise training and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will film, edit, publish high‑quality training videos, create compelling presentations, and deliver instructor‑led training sessions to diverse audiences. This role requires frequent travel throughout the South Bay and Central Coast region, with additional travel to other regions as needed. The Program Manager will also support training programs by managing project plans, timelines, milestones, communications, data entry, and performance metrics while building strong cross‑functional relationships and providing strategic communications and training guidance across the organization. Key Skills & Responsibilities Film, edit, and publish engaging training videos and multimedia content. Design and deliver impactful presentations and instructor‑led training sessions. Manage training program logistics, project plans, timelines, milestones, communications, and reporting metrics. Build collaborative relationships across business units and provide strategic communications and training support. Demonstrate exceptional public speaking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Work in a hybrid environment, spending approximately two days per week from home and three days per week traveling throughout the assigned region. #J-18808-Ljbffr
