Warehouse Inventory Specialist – Temp to Hire
Location: Boulder CO, 80301
Pay Range: $26–$32 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Rotating 3-on/2-off, 2-on/3-off, 6:00am–6:00pm
Training: All new hires will train on a 10-hour shift for the first 3 weeks before moving to their rotating schedule. About the Role
Join a leading pharmaceutical focused on safely distributing, storing, and transporting raw materials, chemicals, and equipment. This position emphasizes strict compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and SOP regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in controlled environments (pharma, food, scientific, cosmetics, etc.), extensive forklift experience, and solid understanding of inventory systems such as SAP. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of forklifts including sit-down, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack to move inventory, raw chemicals, and materials between multiple buildings.
• Ensure all material movement, storage, and delivery comply with safety, shelf-life, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory through accurate cycle counting and documentation in an ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Handle shipping and receiving functions, including loading/unloading at docks and notifying purchasing of any discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation integrity and timely system logging.
• Consistently follow cGMP and SOP guidelines.
• Travel between six local warehouse buildings, often on foot or via stairs, in varying weather conditions.
• Wear proper PPE, including steel-toe shoes and appropriate attire.

Compensation & Qualifications

• Pay: $26–$32 per hour, depending on experience
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with advancement potential
• MUST have prior forklift experience (multiple types)
• Strong background in GMP-compliant environments (pharmaceutical, food, scientific, cosmetics, etc.)
• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Demonstrated cycle counting and inventory management skills
• Comfortable with extensive walking, lifting, and working across multiple buildings through all seasons
• High attention to safety, detail, and process compliance
• Ability to lift heavy items as required by the role
