Location: Red Bank, New Jersey

ForceBrands is partnering with a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial food company to identify a Brand Content Strategist who will help shape how its brands show up across social, digital, and culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for a content marketer who can bridge creative strategy and hands-on execution. They’re looking for someone who understands the new generation of CPG brand building and knows how to create content that feels current, authentic, and culturally relevant.

What You’ll Do

· Help develop and execute the overall content and social strategy across the company’s growing portfolio

· Create compelling, platform-specific content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other relevant channels

· Own hands-on content creation including concepting, filming, photography, editing, writing, and posting

· Develop creative ideas that translate brand and product stories into content consumers actually want to engage with

· Stay close to product innovation and identify opportunities to turn launches, new products, and everyday brand moments into engaging content

· Help bring key agency-style creative workflows in-house while continuing to collaborate with external agency partners

· Stay ahead of social trends, emerging platforms, consumer behavior, and cultural conversations

· Explore AI and emerging creative technologies to make the content development process smarter, faster, and more innovative

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in content, social media, creative marketing, or a related role for a consumer-facing brand or agency

· A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and hands-on content execution

· Ability to take an idea from concept through execution — including filming, editing, photography, copywriting, and publishing

· Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google and how consumers engage differently across platforms

· A modern creative sensibility and genuine understanding of what is happening in consumer culture

· Someone who follows and understands the new generation of disruptive CPG brands and the creative strategies that have helped them stand out

· Experience using or experimenting with AI and emerging technologies within content and creative workflows

· Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating within a lean environment where ideas can move quickly

· Collaborative, proactive, and excited to work closely with leadership, marketing, and product innovation

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Red Bank, New Jersey and requires a minimum of 4 days per week onsite . The company offers flexibility around start and end times, but in-person collaboration is an important part of the culture given the team's focus on innovation, brainstorming, and building together. They are also willing to reimburse for commute expenses.
