Brand New | Ortho Center Physical Therapy | Red Bank, New Jersey

Ortho Center Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team in Red Bank, New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who is passionate about patient care, hands-on rehabilitation, and professional growth to join a collaborative, physician-integrated orthopedic practice. At Ortho Center Physical Therapy, you will work alongside experienced Physical Therapists and orthopedic specialists in an environment that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment to a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload. This role emphasizes hands-on patient care, strong communication, and teamwork within a physician-integrated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
\n
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
\n
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and reinforce proper technique and adherence
\n
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and payer requirements
\n
• Support a positive, team-oriented clinic environment focused on patient success
\n
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, physicians, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
\n
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
\n
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
\n
• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure)
\n
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
\n
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous learning
