Position Overview


We are seeking Production Operators to support manufacturing operations at a facility in Ohio 45701 . The Production Operator will operate semi-automated manufacturing equipment under close supervision while performing routine equipment setup, changeovers, basic troubleshooting, quality inspections, production documentation, and material support.


The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while following established standard operating procedures, quality requirements, safety protocols, and production targets .


Key Responsibilities


Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Set up, operate, and monitor semi-automated manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform routine equipment setup and changeovers to support production requirements.
• Conduct required calibrations and line clearances .
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and identify equipment issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or technical issues to appropriate personnel.
• Follow standard work instructions and established manufacturing processes.

Quality & Production Documentation

• Perform first-article inspections and routine quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications.
• Monitor production processes for quality and consistency.
• Accurately complete required production, quality, equipment, and inspection documentation .
• Report quality issues, equipment problems, or process deviations promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.

Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment .
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, PPE requirements, quality standards, and established workflows .
• Comply with company policies, manufacturing procedures, and workplace requirements.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or operational concerns.
• Maintain proper housekeeping throughout the production area.

Materials & Inventory Support

• Perform material requisitions as required to support production activities.
• Assist with material and inventory management .
• Ensure required materials are available for production operations.
• Follow established procedures for material handling and documentation.

Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Participate in daily production meetings .
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of technical or production issues.
• Communicate production and equipment concerns effectively.
• Support initiatives designed to improve production efficiency, quality, safety, and processes .

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing , production, assembly, machine operation, or industrial environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment while following established procedures.
• Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete production documentation.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and follow established quality standards.
• Ability to work safely while following PPE and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to work effectively under close supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn manufacturing equipment, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to meet daily production requirements and maintain consistent productivity.

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift
• Start time: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM - TBD
• 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule is anticipated.
• Contract duration: 12 months
