The successful candidate will be responsible for performing professional functions in the areas of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. This role requires effective coordination, management, and delegation of patient care, ensuring all tasks align with the established Standards of Nursing Practice. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their care needs. Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with the health care team. Evaluate and document patient progress and outcomes to ensure quality care. Coordinate and manage patient care across multiple disciplines. Delegate appropriate tasks to nursing assistants and other support staff while maintaining accountability. Promote cooperation and effective communication among all members of the health care team. Qualifications Current and valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of best practices in nursing and patient care.
