Details Labor and Delivery unit in an acute care hospital setting LDRP model of care Day shift, rotating hours from 0700-1930, 36 hours per week No call requirements Requires Epic EMR experience Requirements Active CA RN license required Current BLS certification required ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer NRP certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring course required on hire and renewed every two years Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Additional Information Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the professional nursing role Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care duties Position is represented by CNA (California Nurses Association) Participate in shared governance and hospital committees Maintain compliance with all professional, regulatory, and hospital policies Local candidates accepted with rates equal to travel rates Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered Candidates with a prior disciplinary action on their license will not be considered American Traveler Job ID P-748735.
