Descripción del Puesto:
Se enfoca en facilitar y dar apoyo a los Credit Analyst y Credit Superviso r en todas las áreas del Departamento. Se encarga del trabajo administrativo y de oficina, asegurando y manteniendo todos los documentos y materiales con el fin de lograr los objetivos del Departamento. Esta posición demandará excelentes destrezas en concentración, seguimiento, organización y trabajar bajo presión.
Tareas y responsabilidades laborales esenciales:
- Responsable de recibir los pagos de clientes y aplicarlos en las cuentas correspondientes manteniendo los documentos digitalizados luego de revisados por el supervisor.
- A cargo de preparar cartas de cobro, legales, de casos de quiebra según sea necesario y siguiendo las políticas de cobro de la empresa.
- Responsable de brindar seguimiento a los clientes en cuanto a los balances pendientes por pagar según sea requerido.
- A cargo de recopilar información y registrar facturación en sistema según acuerdos con suplidores, y dar seguimiento a pagos acordados.
- Responsable de analizar datos de Ventas, Crédito y Cuentas por Pagar para determinar la asignación de nuevos números a clientes o suplidores, así como crear registros correspondientes, según sea requerido.
- A cargo de la actualización de documentos como: Registro de Comerciantes, Certificados de Exenciones de clientes y Relevos de Hacienda manteniendo la digitalización de estos, según sea requerido.
Experiencia, educación, habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:
- GA/BBA – Administración de Empresas con concentración en Sistemas de Oficinas
- Experiencia mínima de (1) un año en puesto similar.
- Sólidas destrezas de organización, manejo de tiempo, iniciativa y atención al detalle.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y mínima supervisión.
- Excelentes destrezas para el uso de Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, y Power BI).
- Conocimiento en plataformas como: Oracle y/o JD Edwards.
- Sólidas destrezas de comunicación verbal y escritas en inglés y español.
