Operations Coordinator: Admin, Scheduling & Process Support

Sentara Therapy Centers Health Way Pediatrics in Virginia Beach is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our team in a full-time capacity. The role involves handling administrative tasks, providing customer service by phone and in person, scheduling meetings, and preparing departmental reports and statistics.

The position also includes processing accounts payable, payroll, mileage reimbursements, and other operational information, along with supply ordering and charge entry.
