About the Role As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professionals to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions. You will also maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
