Don's Ford of Utica is expanding and upgrading our service department—and we're looking for experienced Diesel and Heavy Engine Technicians to help take us to the next level.

If you're an experienced tech with strong diagnostics ability and a drive to improve every day, this is your chance to step into a shop that invests in you.

You will report to the Service Manager.

This is an on-site position in Utica, NY.

Earning Potential: $60,000 – $150,000+ (Flat Rate and Bonuses)

What You'll Do:

• 3+ year's experience preferable
• Diagnose and repair diesel and heavy engine systems
• Perform maintenance and full vehicle inspections
• Repair engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and more
• Test drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs

What You Bring:

• Proven technician experience (diesel preferable)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Solid work ethic and team mindset
• Ford experience preferable—but not required
