With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it's a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.What you will have an opportunity to do:Supervise coordinators, spa attendants, retail, environmentHandle and resolve guest complaints and service issuesHold pre-shift meetings (stand-ups) to communicate daily priorities, updates, and expectationsTrain new and existing coordinators on treatments, retail products, and sales techniquesCreate schedules for coordinators and attendants based on forecasted occupancy; manage time-off requests and cover callouts as neededMonitor and approve timekeeping and time sheetsAct as a liaison between management and staff; communicate goals, updates, and expectations to the teamFoster a positive team environment and support a strong workplace cultureDocument staff attendance, guest complaints, and performance concerns and report to managementComplete monthly inventory and ordering checklistsEnsure retail products are accurately priced, stocked, and visually engagingTrack sales performance and generate reports on retail and servicesPrepare weekly incentive and commission reports for payrollCoordinate group bookings and special requestsSupport Spa Manager with completing 90-day and annual associate reviewsAssist with facility maintenance coordination and follow-upMaintain a thorough understanding of all spa services and treatmentsIdentify opportunities to improve service performance and team efficiencyOversee spa cleanliness and overall atmosphere, including pool, fitness room, and locker roomsEnsure completion of daily checklists and update procedures as neededAnticipate guest needs and address them proactivelyEnforce company policies, safety procedures, and service standardsEnsure associates complete required certifications and trainingsEnsure associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniformsSupport achievement of sales and service goalsWhat are we looking for?Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferredMinimum 2 years of customer service experience required; previous spa or hospitality experience preferredStrong sales aptitude with the ability to generate revenue and upsell servicesFlexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as neededProficiency in spa booking and management software (e.g., SpaSoft) preferredCurrent CPR certification or ability to obtainWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills with both guests and team membersExperience with retail purchasing and inventory management preferredStrong multitasking ability and attention to detailKnowledge of scheduling and time managementHigh school diploma or equivalentFull benefit package and perks listed at skamania.com/careersCompensation:$21.00 - $23.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
