Position Responsibilities The Operations Manager partners with various departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution equipment, collaborating to build weekly/monthly volume and demand planning forecast to coordinate volume forecast with logistics and supply chain team This role will manage execution of day-to-day distribution center operations assisting in the selection, supervision, and development of the DC team You will establish the analysis of daily/weekly KPI’s and maintain collaborative relationships with all department to achieve goals and provide customer satisfaction The Operations Manager ensures the safeguard and security of company assets as well as teamwork and alignment to guarantee a culture of synergy and transparency You will also experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and/or GreenMile applications Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Preferred Education and Experience Master’s Degree Benefits Medical Dental Vision coverage Paid Time Off Retirement Benefits complimentary Health Screenings Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
