Bilingual Outpatient Clinician

Position Summary The Bilingual Integrated Health Care Clinician provides clinical and case management services for children and adults across the lifespan in an integrated health care setting that provides primary care, behavioral health and dental services. The clinician fosters positive working relationships with co‑workers, clients, and external key stakeholders. Location Hartford, CT. Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Hartford, CT. Eligible for up to $250,000 in loan repayment through National Health Service Corp (NHSC). Salary $58,000. Education and Experience/Qualifications Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license‑eligible field, or a doctoral degree in Psychology. Licensure Requirements For Clinical Positions Must be licensed or license‑eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist. If you are a MSW, a LMSW (permit or license) or LCSW will be required to begin employment. Bilingual Requirement Must be bilingual in Spanish and English; additional annual bilingual stipend provided. Schedule Full time. Conducts program‑specific screening and evaluation, formulates diagnoses per DSM, develops and documents clinical formulations and treatment plans, uses evidence‑based practice models, and makes effective use of group therapy. Provides or refers to group therapy, demonstrates knowledge of psychotropic medications, completes clinical documentation on time, engages in outpatient or intensive outpatient services as necessary. Demonstrates knowledge of care levels and referral processes; makes appropriate referrals; communicates positively with clients, families, and providers; attends required meetings and multidisciplinary treatment team planning. Meets direct service productivity goals, adheres to practice standards, data collection and reporting protocols, documentation, and supervision requirements. Interfaces and collaborates with community providers; provides culturally competent care; reports child abuse/neglect as mandated; adheres to confidentiality guidelines; ensures licensing and accreditation compliance; continues to develop knowledge of culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wheeler Health
