Child Care Director

Are you a passionate leader who loves working with children and building outstanding programs? We are seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic Childcare Director to oversee our afterschool program during the school year and our 11 week summer camp program. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of our afterschool, day off, and summer camp programs. Hire, train and supervise staff. Ensure a safe, fun and engaging environment for children. Communicate effectively with parents and families. Manage daily operations, scheduling, and program planning. Maintain compliance with licensing and safety requirements. Help grow and enhance our programs through exceptional customer service and leadership. Qualifications Previous childcare, camp or afterschool leadership experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Positive attitude with a passion for working with children. Ability to lead a team and problem solve.
